Defense Simulations - VR - Training - LVCT

I hold an active Secret Clearance with the Department of Defense. I led the Creative Direction on the ACC-ISR VR simulations and training (MAGIC) studio for the 16th Air Force, a $800m contract at Booz Allen, and as the Studio Head and Design Director at Leidos where my team pioneered the use of photogrammetry and earned the Department of Defense’s approval for the use of Unreal Engine 4 and 5. We built high-resolution VR training simulations for the following aircraft with no CAD reference drawings, relying on video game industry modeling techniques paired with photogrammetry to achieve micro-perfect detail. See video below for the results in action.

I have also consulted with the U.S. Army DEVCOM/CCDC Army Research Laboratory in Huntsville Alabama, on the development of Vitreous, a spatial user interface (UI) designed by Dr. Jeffrey Hansberger for ground vehicle crews, integrating immersive visualization, multimodal interaction, and AI-enhanced situational awareness. Vitreous enhances each vehicle crew's capabilities by replacing traditional flat-screen displays with a spatial interface designed for real-time battlefield awareness, decision-making, and operational efficiency. Simulations built in Unreal Engine 4.

Original self-published Games

I design, write, and publish my own original Role-Playing Games ideal for 28mm battles, skirmishes, and campaigns

Decimation - Outlaws and Lawmen. Step into the boots of a post American Civil War Outlaw, wanted for anything from bank robberies, cattle rustling, or murder or a Lawman tracking down and bringing criminals to justice - Dead or Alive.

Decimation - World War II. A World War II squad-scale game. Step into the shoes of a soldier behind enemy lines, on a secret mission, or along the battle lines of famous ground conflicts.

Decimation - Kingdoms and Empires. A Role-Playing Wargame set in the Ancient World covering 3000 BCE to 1600 CE. From a soldier under the Ancient Egyptian Pharaohs to Knights serving Francis I at Marignano, you are a heroic warrior in a world of martial conflict.

The Decimation series bridges the gap between two types of games – wargames, whose players often have scholarly levels of knowledge of military history, weapons, and tactics, and role-playing games, where a vicarious and fantastical sense of adventure drives the player’s every decision.
