My name is T. Elliot Cannon, a AAA Video Game Designer, Consultant, and Author with 29 years of experience in the video game industry and 40 years of experience as a design professional (11 architecture + 29 in games). I’ve shipped some of the world’s best games around the globe as a leader of development teams/studios spanning from the United States and Canada to Germany and Hungary. These are globally acclaimed games such as Unreal, Unreal Tournament, Crysis Warhead, and DOOM. My expertise is game direction, design, web3, blockchain gaming, and military simulations. x-Gala Games

Game Director on Town Star where players earned crypto currency (TOWN) with NFTs by completing daily challenges. Drove content releases of NFTs generating over $70 million in revenue in 3 months (October-December of 2021) Designed Town Star world for Galaverse with VOLO Events agency. See the Interview (2021). Gala launched their own chain in 2023 and their ecosystem utilizes a node network called Founder’s Nodes. Company is headed up by Eric Schiermeyer of ZYNGA fame. Their primary mission is to become a Steam-like platform for web3 gaming.

x-ZTX

Head of Game Design. ZTX is a crypto start up doing a "metaverse" in UNITY with a $13m investment from Jump Crypto. That 13m round included other investors such as Collab+Currency, Parataxis, MZ Web3 Fund, Everest Ventures Group. ZTX is currently in a Beta stage. ZTX is leaning into Korean based mobile universe of Zepeto as it tries to merge UGC with web3 ownership. Token launched in October of 2023. In 2023 I took the founder’s base concepts of maturation crafting and developed the long-term game design vision, home design, camera, controls, and mentored the team as they developed a playable build with their mobile developers. Author and timeless Games

I am also a writer and the author of the award-winning historical fiction novel set in the Italian Renaissance, Iron Will Rust. I come from a generation of timeless games and create YouTube content as, Classic_DM, with a focus on Advanced Dungeons & Dragons, Paizo’s Pathfinder® Second Edition, and Classic Traveller. Decimation - Kingdoms and Empires. A Role-Playing Wargame set in the Ancient World covering 3000 BCE to 1600 CE. From a soldier under the Ancient Egyptian Pharaohs to Knights serving Francis I at Marignano, you are a heroic warrior in a world of martial conflict.

The Decimation series bridges the gap between two types of games – wargames, whose players often have scholarly levels of knowledge of military history, weapons, and tactics, and role-playing games, where a vicarious and fantastical sense of adventure drives the player’s every decision.
